Sadaq Allah 1

Saturday, 17th Rabīʿ al-Awwal 1435H

O Allah, this is the Dai of Your Prophet’s progeny; a Dai who strived endlessly in Your cause. He exerted himself in securing Your happiness and the happiness of Your beloved (Imam al-Zaman). He is the overwhelmingly brilliant testament to Allah’s religion and the triumphant sultan of the righteous and truthful. He is the resplendent sun among the Duat Mutlaqeen; the son of a sun amongst them named Taher. The Quran alludes to the two of them in the following verse, ‘For those two are proofs from your Lord (28:32)’. He is the delight of the eye of the Imam of the Pious: Our Maula, Syedna Abu al-Qaidjohar Mohammed Burhanuddin; May Allah extend the life span of the preeminence of his proof and the honour of his remembrance until the Day of Qiyaamat. He chose his concealment on the radiant day of Friday and was wholly united with the effulgent station of the Imam. His countenance was a spring of virtuous deeds which unceasingly brought forth flowers of felicity and benedictions. His Maula drew him so close, that when Syenda Burhanuddin approached and came before him, he was as close as ‘the distance of two bow-lengths or even nearer (53:9)’. As a testament to his exalted and evident preeminence, his Maula bestowed him with a long life of over 100 years in his service. Likewise, he honoured him with the ‘Days of the Blessings of the Golden Jubilee’ attesting to the words of his esteemed father Syedna Taher Saifuddin:

O sun of guidance, I have been transformed into pure gold by virtue of your ever-increasing benevolence which you have graciously bestowed upon me.
